Bapa's Birthday
We celebrated my Dad's 64th Birthday last night and the boys surprised him with a poem!
Visiting our Bapa
Our names are Mitchell and Levi Johnson
And we love to visit our Bapa in Wisconsin.
When we arrive at the cozy cottage on the lake,
We get so sa-cited, for Pete’s sake.
Our Bapa is always so silly and fun,
His Irish skin gets so dark from that Arizona sun
At the lake, we look forward to getting older,
So he can teach us how to fish, roast marshmallows,
Build sand castles; get “UST” to the water
And toss us over his shoulders.
But while we are still so young,
We need to enjoy every moment while we can
Because he likes to spoil us, that jolly candy man.
When it is time to end our visit in Wisconsin
We get upset, so we kick and scream
But perhaps next time we come
We can have lots of ice cream.
Happy Birthday Bapa!
We love you,
Mitchell and Levi
