SOLD
It's celebration time... come on! There's a party going on down here on Moonlight Place. The inspection and appraisal are completed as of tonight and boys helped hang the SOLD signs up in the yard and I even did a little dance, while holding the sign over my head to the passers-by on Tamarack Road. One lady waved her hands and gave me the thumbs up as she witnessed my excitement.
On the other side of the house deal, we are going on our 4th day of negotiations and it's a nail biter. Tomorrow should be the end of it and we should know if we have a place to live in two weeks or not. Do we have any takers for hosting a family of four and a dog? The closing date is June 6th.
