Pending Offer
We officially have a fish on the line. Potential buyers for the house that is... This past weekend we had a two hour notice for a showing and then a 2nd look-see on Tuesday night. We received a purchase agreement this afternoon and our realtor has a tough job ahead of her. Hopefully they go for the big BITE on our counter-offer.
