Hockey Brendan
This past weekend, we went to my nephews hockey game. Brendan is the reason Levi talks about hockey, hockey and more hockey. He asked me before we left for the game if Brendan was going to fall down on the ice. My reply was "Yes." Then he said, "that's okay because he gets up again and shoots the puck in the net." So he understands the game!
We also had the lesson of a time out for the hockey players, which are called penalties. Levi could totally relate to these... when you do something wrong, you sit in the box until your time is up!
We all went out to lunch after Brendan's big win, and I tried to get a picture of just Levi and Brendan. For some reason Levi is scared of hockey Brendan. I mentioned to Brendan that it's like he is a big idol or like a big Hollywood star that Levi doesn't know how to act around. Brendan's comment was classic, "yah, I get that a lot... "

He scared of him even out of his hockey gear! He talks about him all the time and then when he seems him in person, he clams up...
He probably thinks all hockey players are only on TV, and can't get over that his own cousin is one. SuperStar!!!
